Swim Coaching in Mount Wolseley

I was asked if there would be enough interested in a Friday night swim session in Mount Wolseley, so details as follows:

Have confirmed Liam O'Neill's availability.

Friday Nights @ 8pm.

Those that commit must pay for 8 weeks in advance. Costs depends on numbers but to give you an idea - €64 for 8 weeks for 10 people.

Sign up here if interested and swim sessions would start on January 16th. Need to know this by Dec 21st, otherwise we might loose the slot.

If all 10 places are not filled by members, then it can be thrown open to non - members to participate, so spread the word if you want this to go ahead.

Unfortunately it's the only night available in Mount Wolseley as did try to get Thurs.

Fair play, Frank, Nigel, and Don that's a brilliant training schedule, great work put into it. Now its up to the club members to step up to the mark....In relation to the Swimming clashing with the Spinning, Swimming coaching is available on Tuesday mornings!!!!!!!

This 8 week block costs €65 for members (paid up for 2015) and €75 for non-members
