Just a quick post to say thanks to all for the posts texts and viber messages. Bikes are in transition and bike an run bag are hung in changing tent. We were to do a quick sea swim after but decided against it as very very high seas today. Hoping it will have calmed for tomorrow an especially hope it's not shortened!

All set and feeling very privileged to have the health and the chance to do another IM. Looking forward to it .....once I get out of the water (no change there an I'm now 5 yrs at this )

Btw enjoy the night out tonight. We will be there in spirit (s)!

Cant believe the 6 months training is over only 15 and a half hours (cut off) at most left.

Well done to the two Ironmen. PJ came home in 11:55 and Frank just behind in 12:13. It was neck and neck all day, with PJ only pulling away in the second half of the Marathon. Be proud lads and enjoy the post pain and party...
