Peter fantastic stuff still cant believe your marathon time. with Ironmen crowned podiums and triathlons I dont think this weekend will ever be topped. Conway at 2:20am

Great stuff Peter, you finished and finished in style. What about the lads checking you out in the middle of the night. Well they were more coherent than I was at the same time

Thanks to all for the support. It was a tough day out - I've never spent 7hrs+ on the bike before and I'm feeling it today After all those hills the marathon was actually the easy bit I'll do a full race report when I get a chance during the week.

You never looked uncomfortable, great acheivment and great time....welcome ot the world of the Ironman!
