Pre Season Club Duathlon

The first of a pre season Club Duathlons takes place on Sunday 22nd January in Kildavin GAA....registration 9am...race starts 10am....This is an ideal event for beginners who just want to take on an event without the anxiety of an official event. Also ideal for all club members just wanting to kick of the new season. 3k Run, 20k flat route ( to be posted) 3k Run.
795 members free, 5 euros registration to non members...So come along and bring a friend...
Refreshments afterwards in GAA Complex...So bring a packet of biscuits.

Hey thanks a million to all who turned out for this mornings Club Duathlon...Especially all the Marshals.It was a great success.

....We hope to run a 2nd pre season training duathlon in February, if there is a demand for one...
