Peter fantastic stuff still cant believe your marathon time. with Ironmen crowned podiums and triathlons I dont think this weekend will ever be topped. Conway at 2:20am

An evening in Redmonds can often result in some flowery language but on this occasion I felt brevity was appropriate. Respect the Ironman. Nuff said.

Great stuff Peter, you finished and finished in style. What about the lads checking you out in the middle of the night. Well they were more coherent than I was at the same time :roll:

Thanks to all for the support. It was a tough day out - I've never spent 7hrs+ on the bike before and I'm feeling it today :D After all those hills the marathon was actually the easy bit ;) I'll do a full race report when I get a chance during the week.
