Sunday was great crack and I'm giving serious tought to going to limerick on the 20th anyone else fancy it (Ashling to defend your title )

That guy is Connor from MAD. good to see I was in front of him because after that he took of on the last climb and I lost the sprint finnish to him.

Brian told me a good one today. Picture this ...

Damien and Rudolf are haring down the final singletrack section with Damien in front. Rudolf having tried everything to get past Damien finally roars at the top of his voice "Rider coming through!" Damien, being the polite chap that he is, yields trail and Rudolf takes his chance. The best bit was Rudolf giving out to Damien afterwards for allowing himself to be passed in the final sprint!
