No, this is not some kind of another April fools thing, I swear I've had 3 club members ask me about that swim David F was 'organinsing' on April 1st, this is the real deal
Right swimming this morning, Brian S, Dena & Tom joined me in lovely calm waters in Courtown.
A bit of brain/face freeze to get started but we got used to it quick enough.
Swam down to the pier and back before heading north for a bit and back to the lifeguard hut again
Twas cold alright but depending on the weather over the next few weeks don't see any reason not to get back into Wednesday mornings again? What do you reckon Mr swim coordinator?
My wetsuit does seem to have shrunk over the winter though however that happened
how did first sea swim go today? was out there yesterday evening for a blast of fresh air and it looked pretty choppy. think i'll leave it another few weeks!!!
