Track Sessions - Ardattin

Hi Guys just wondering if there would be any interest in doing some track sessions in Ardattin .

These took place last year and were a great success while they lasted.

I think they would be benifical on a performance level but also on a social level to get together as club members.

Its an ideal spot and people can work away at their own pace with the motivation of others around them. I would be keen and would suggest Thursday evenings at 7.30.

If there is not enough interest we can just leave things as they are.

Might do a brick session, so cycle at race pace to Ardattin - approx 12km, if anyone wants to join me along the way and join up with ye for running and social cycle home.

I am heading over to the track this evening, Jim has kindly set my garmin up for yasso's so I may stick with it now I'd be happy to have company and dont worry about the weather they are only showers
