Dungarvan 10 miler 29th January 2012

Post by johnd »

Just entered this there now :?:
Ran it 2010 and had a great run, entered last year but didn't run (babies huh??), hoping to nail a good race this time round, great, great course, excellently organised & very fast with a savage feed afterwards
Anyone else fancy a trot?

Nah, not ready to run a half yet

it's another great race though, did it in 2009 as my first half, again got fed like a lord afterwards
