Good luck with it PJ etc. Make sure someone writes a report, and bring a camera to get photos of the group. This will make a good story to launch the triathlon season and especially Tri795 now the MTB race is over.

Thanks for organising this PJ, really enjoyed it, even if my body went into shock half way during the day, I haven't done that much exercise over the first 3 months of they year.
Eamonn said if we could take one thing away from it he would be happy, I'd say i've a whole page of things written down. Now if I can only get these dodgy knees of mine sorted and get the chance to put some of the things into practice.

I think I hate that underwater camera though, just when you think you're doing well in the pool, all your flaws are put up onto a big screen for everyone to see!!!

Very tiring but very enjoyable day.

Agree with Lorraine, a very enjoyable day. Personally i thought the swim analysis was very worthwhile and learned a few good tips in relation to T2 also. Here's the crew who took part

Well done PJ - great idea and definitely should be an annual event, it'll take me a year at least to recover

Also when i'm in a generous mood , thanks to Lorraine for all her work with the swimming classes.
