Swim training

The current swim session finishes up Friday the 17th Feb.

The next 8 wk block starts Friday 24th Feb until Friday 13th April incluesive.
Location: Enniscorthy public pool
Time:7pm

Alex will again be taking the class.
So improvement is guartanteed!!
Cost will be €60

Unfortunatley Alex is unavailable to coach a second class so its just the Friday for coaching.
I could look into getting just a lane at another time if theres interest . Let me know.

Alex has just let me know that due to work commitments he will
be unavailable to coach on two of the nights.

He will have an 8 wk plan for members this Friday based on a
2/3 swims per week.

The dates he can't attend are the 2nd March & 30th March.
