its a long spin so bring the usual
we''ll go slow and steady and have one stop for food

Great spin this morning and got to ride a piece of the mountain new to me in climbing the dirty bastard and heading down the joshua tree. Havnt done that in a while
Hightlight of the day was watching furlong leaping back on his bike near the top of dirty bastards so the walkers coming around the end of johns hill wouldn't see him pushing his bike

Re: MTb spin Sunday 10th
I think I'll just put up a sticky saying all Sunday spins are deadly...
Fair play to Barry 6hrs in the saddle and the pace was fairly hot I thought. A couple of bail outs on the way, but sure if you,re beat you,re beat ahem cough cough
The wet spell has taken it's toll though corrabut has a river flowing down it
Next Sunday is the 3 ascents of mt Leinster (road) according to Barry , that should be interesting
