Departing Lower Car Park at 9:15am for circles in the "BANNED WORD".

Relaxed spin, suitable for people who like to talk whilst cycling.

As discussed at a party, I'm in. If I make good time might cycle from town. Will leave from swimming pool car park at 8.50. If running late will go straight to LCP.
