Waterford marathon

Believe it or not I did the Lonford Marathon in 2005. I can tell you the course is absolutley flat. Mixture of main roads and back roads/lanes. Field was small then, felt like doing a long Sunday run except just a bit longer! Don;t expect any crowds of people on the side of the road cheering..
