Re: MTB Spin - Ballinastoe Sunday 15th CANCELLED

Post by BrianM »

Guys, seen as ye are still keen I rang Niall Davis at biking.ie
If interested he can send a guide out with ye for a rate of 120 for 2 hrs or 150 for 3 hrs?

I think two hours should be enough to get around one full lap of the long loop (14k)
If there are 7 riders that would be 17 each or if 6 riders 20 each

miron
slavak
keith
nigel
ciara
ciaran, my brother
mark, my cousin

That is if ye want now, the loop is easy enough to follow on your own, clearly signed etc but if it is the first time on this single track for some of you it is advisable to have a guide. If not myself and Rudolf will put the spin on another date as soon as possible.

I need to let him know tomorrow as early as possible but a clear forecast should also be available by then because if its booked it is booked and you will have to head out on it. This would also mean a later start time of around 10.15am?

Weather should be ok for tomorrow.

Just in case make sure you bring a good waterproof jacket and a warm change of clothes.
