Thinking of doing the easy one . Should be a bit of fun .

I did the 3 steps one Wednesday evening - straightforward enough. Imagine running Ballypierce to the upper car park and cycling back. Prob not even as steep.
You'll have to do the 5 steps to get a go at kayaking

Right I'm registered for the 7 steps.
There's an option when registering to join a team so I created "Racing795" team - you might have heard of them before
When registering, opt to join a team and you should be able to pick it.

Not sure if there's any team prizes but the team worked well last year!

I'm looking for a loan of a small road bike for this race. My sister in law is coming home from Zurich to do it and it'll cost a fortune to ship it over. Any help appreciated.
