One of the best 10ks around, its a fast course with AI certification and a good atmosphere. Plus a great feed afterwards! On this Saturday at 5.30pm

Shaughs put in a 37min 10k again in Kilmore - great running

Ciara Bowe was also in action in her first 10k ran a great 50min 03secs. Nice target for the next day Ciara!
