Racing795 Club Brick Session 2 as planned (see plan home/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=2508)

Sunday next: March 20th
Time: 9am
Location: Kildavin GAA

Format a little different from last week, in that you are to bring everything you might need for transition based on Dena's demo/presentation last time.

We will practice the transitions more, so shorter distances for bike and run.

We will also practise running with the bike in the carpark on swept tarmac, so you can run in socks.

Please post to confirm attendance so we get the required number for this event to go ahead.

I will try and demo mounts and dismounts with shoes clipped onto the bike so you can then try. Bring tri shoes and elastic bands (small ones), if you wish to try this. See image in link attached.

Dont worry if you dont have these - try to get a loan of them or rock up with ordinary bike shoes

Fair play Frank, really enjoyed that, masses of advice which would take along time to learn by your self.....maybe someday I'll be fit & able enough ....... All joking aside, really appreciated your time and energy this morn!! Thank you!
