Re: Rosslare 10k
Well done folks.
Also posted on Facebook but it was missed here.
Helen C & Caroline T took part in the "join Ray for 5k" last Friday in Dublin.
Well done girls.
Mike ,Fintan , Lorraine ,Dena and Yvonne all did the oak park 5 km for Carlow Hospice also last Friday .
Great times by all especially Mike who aimed to break 20 mins and came in around 18:50.
It's great to see a big increase in runners in the club especially first timers.
We must make sure we encourage and support these members as they start on the road to running heaven.
Keep tuned for news on running info and support for beginners.
Also a few weeks back Alan Tully and Kate Murphy completed the hope and dream 10 miler in Enniscorthy . Well done.

Re: Rosslare 10k
Well said Pj,
If you are planning a race or event stick it up on the good

old forum
a. Its a good motivator when you commit to do it publicly
b. Others in the club might not know about a race and might want to join you
c. We're a club and want to support you, especially if you are new to an event
d. Not everyone is on FB and posts drop off the radar quickly - that right Frank?!

Re: Rosslare 10k
Many thanks for mentioning the 10 miler for the hopes and dreams. It was great event, well organised, freezing with a big dirty hill at about the 8.5 mile mark
