MTB Spin - Sunday 20th

For anyone not doing the road spin.. I am going to give the second route a shot, departing the swimming pool at 8.30am, up Ballypierce, mini DH etc.

3 1/2hr spin solid pace with possibly one short stop, get as much of it done in that time frame as possible.

Looked out the window at 6.30 and it was piddling.. Had a grand sunny spin locally in the afternoon, try again in two weeks.
