,Quick chat with Don and Frank, swim canned but the two had very good day at the office by the sounds of it. Don had two great runs. Didn't catch in detail how Dena, Paul and Lou Lou got on but I think well
Well done guys and gals,

Apparently there's a full report coming. Here's a quick summary. A few angry heads on Saturday morning as the swim was to be cancelled, especially with five from the club making the long trip. Turned out a smashing day (I even got sunburnt :o ), so WTF. Sea swim was replaced with a 3k run. All seemed somewhere between satisfied to happy on final results. I broke two run records, a sub 11 min 3k and a sub 20 min 5k (after a tough bike), so I was in the happy category. The only reason I had such a good second run, was when I reached to 2.5k tunraround point, Frank was just behind looking very menacing, so I managed an 8.30 final 2.5k (downhill). Frank was happy with YOY improvements. Louise had the biggest smile of the day and big congrats to her, Dena blazed the runs and Paul passed me in transition on the first run in. So all round a good day, despite the disappointment. Here's the link to the results
