Based on above article and that Froome did the climb in 45mins (i think!), just wondering will someone record the interview with Oprah (if on sky) for me

mmmm
Th ease with which he rode away from the peloton yesterday reminded me a lot of this:

Re: Froome - is he clean??
I think he's clean, at a minimum his team would have to be some way involved,
Given SKY wouldn't take David Millar due to his doping past very unlikely,

Re: Froome - is he clean??
I hope to God that the sky team is clean, i reckon they probably are and that a systematic regime of doping does not exist (to David Brailsford's knowledge at any rate)
However Froome is just not a likeable sort of guy - does that mean he's a doper?
His progress the past two years has been utterly unbelievable
His performances on AX-3 and Mont Ventoux have been the performance of an age
If he really is clean then wow, holy batsh*t!!
It's just hard to accept that he's clean, especially when he stopped submitting data to Bike Pure some time ago and has had such a meteoric rise in performance
Have a look at this picture from Mt Ventoux yesterday:

How on earth did a man the size of Froome out climb a little squirt like Quintana?
Size does matter and its much easier for the small lads to climb fast!!
I get that Quintana was on his own much longer and that Porte did a lot of the donkey work for Froome, but gravity is gravity and is the most significant factor when climbing a mountain on a bike, wind resistance is negligible
And actually I think there was a tail wind yesterday
And remember they had I think the longest stage of this years tour yesterday with a climb like that at the end and Froome zoomed up it, fast pedaling away from Contador (a confirmed drug cheat) like some sort of maniac
And on that note, Valverde and Contador are both confirmed dopers, and both will continue to experience life long performance benefits from their time on the juice, yet neither have a hope of sticking to Froome when he wants to take off
I dunno, something doesn't look right.

Sky have released all Froome's data for the previous 3 years and by all accounts nothing suspect
I think you are just looking at a fantastic athlete with a team that is well ahead of the curve
