A stroll in the park!!! Cloud cover and light breeze took the pressure off. A rag ball collection of 795rs turned up..Ross arrived, borrowed a set of girlie sun glasses and took off like a Froome out of hell, and that was the last we saw of him. By the time we got to the Nine Stones, Ross was home watching the Sunday game.......As for the rest off us mere mortals..Ciara Dunne's sprint finish stole the show..James Bodels, did what he does best, nursed his pelathon along, gave them confidence and wings and let them fly.Liam K made friends with the entire pelathon and every fkin spectator hanging over a fence in the Bunclody catchment area!!!... As for Me, Jim F, Siobhan M, and Bernie B we all tipped along at our own pace....Yep a good day on the bike, but then again. isn't every day on a bike a good day...Roll on Le Tour..

ps well organised, plenty of stops and grub, and Marshalls at all junctions.....
