I had a mixed day. Wasn't expecting much as I've been on antibiotics all week for an ear infection and haven't swam in almost two weeks and haven't cycled since Pikeman (TDF is going to be interesting
). Swim time was ok given I felt I was stroking poorly, I couldnt find my bike in T1, bike time was as expected, couldnt find my socks in T2, and I was really disappointed with the run - I ran the first 5km of the Pikeman quicker than today 
Oh well onwards and upwards. Hook Or By Crook awaits. I'll let Mike do the report.
