Sunday morning trail runs
Sunday morning trail runs
I'm going to start doing this every second Sunday morning starting Sunday the 8th.
I'm setting out at 8 for approximately 3-31/2 hours easy easy hill running mixture of fireroads and trails.
In my opinion trail runners and a 2L hydration pack will be essential.
Give me a shout if anyone wants to join me.
