Hi folks
We roll out of Kilrush at 9:30 as planned.
We'll change the route however, with a west northwest wind forecasted.
General route is Kilrush, Bunclody to the Fighting Cocks, then back around via Tullow to the Forge for a coffee stop. We'll have the wind at our backs for the second half of the spin.
Total distance is 65km with a stop at 45km.
As mentioned in other road spins, be conscious of your visibility on the road and dress accordingly. And I don't mean a hi viz mankini

The weather played ball for a change and the coffee stop at the Forge worked out well.
Thanks to David Furlong for working out the route change last night.
It's nice to get off the main roads but the amount of debris on the secondary roads would have made it difficult.
