Great day in Athlone today really good buzz about the place, Paul well done and Don 7th out of 144 and thats without the new shinny bike!

Well done Paul wearing the tri-colour for Club & Country, Racing 795 is definitely proud today and Dena, only 8 minutes off the group best, we must have a new Club Champ contender. Best of the season for me too, so great all around. Thanks Tom & Dena for the support on the way around, I was seriously feeling the pain alright. Tom was drooling yesterday, can't wait to get out of the traps, watch out everyone. Anyway Triathlone was one of the best events I've attended in recent times, great organisation, great event, great support. Fine looking Elite Ladies as well
