Well im off that weekend but havent been on the mtb since........sometime in march i think.

yea, i'dlike to do this but goldcoast triathlon is on the same day which i'd like to do too- hometown and all that, but i can't access the site for it.
will have a better look tmw and confirm my taking part in south leinster way. any other ladies want to join this???

right, after a bit of humming and hawing, i'm gonna leave you boys to tackle the south leinster way and am gonna do the goldcoast triathlon. its the beach on which i learned how to swim so gotta do it!
so joy, its an invite to dungarvan!- anyone else??? its a really flat course and will be fast i'd say. (for those who are fast!!) all very scenic too.
