Just a reminder folks this is less than 2 weeks away now so please let me know of you're taking part especially non triathlon Ireland members as I've limited amount of places left.

I'd like to take part Barry if possible but I don't have a triathlon licence and also a work colleague of mine would like to come along, he is a beginner but has just gotten a TI licence.

I spotted a route on an old Club duathlon thread , is that the route being used this year ?

Unless it's last year's patsy, previous years had a different route, I'll get something up today

Yeah it was the 2013 route I had seen.
