The Ring of Kerry 2015 . Myself and Trish and Siobhan are doing this 180km cycle in the morning . Great buzz about the place.

Lee Swim, Shauna and myself are down in Cork on Saturday to do this 2k swim in the River Lee.

Trish is doing the Courtmacsherry 58km Ultra this Saturday 25th . Apologies to everyone for keeping this quite . She doesn't like the attention leading up to events .
I.m taking part in the 10k race at the same event . I.l then be trailing her for support on the bike .
Her Sister Bernie will also be competing in the Ultra also .

Tri the Hook on saturday, apparently Bressie will be there with a film crew!!!!!!!!!

Bressie did a 5:07 in Ironman 70.3 Dublin a few weekends ago, so to be fair that's a pretty decent time. Best of luck.
