ATHY 100...
So this is it for our "Starter Group" its graduation time...100k spin to Athy...As usual Map my Ride Mike will post the route below....
Meeting Sunday Morning 9th Aug.. 7.30am sharp on the Square, Bunclody..heading up Carraigduff towards Carlow...
1.Bring Banana and Snacks and water...plus a few bob for breakfast in Athy...
2. HiViz clothing essential...
4. Better overdress then under-dress...it will be cold initially at that hour of the morning...
5. Check weather forecast...and forum for any last minute change of plans...

All welcome...golden rule No one gets left behind...we cycle as a group.....
