When: Every Thursday night @ 8pm

Where: HWH GAA Pitch Church Road Bunclody...

Starts Thursday 14th January and is open to all comers - (bring your friends)

Do your own thing or join in with a fixed session with Joy/Jim.

Kudos to Niall for organising this with the local GAA club and Joy and Jim for giving of their time to run these sessions.

Ok 795'rs A week earlier then previously announced "INTERVAL TRAINING" commences tomorrow evening Thurs 7th Jan @ 8pm in HWH GAA Pitch, Bunclody...This is open to all levels from beginners, novices and serious guys like Mike Ryan. ..In order for this to succeed we really need the support of you the club members... Joy Furlong and Jim Furlong will coordinate the sessions.Emphasis will be on endurance, Speed, economy of running and fun Over an 8 week period ..so big thank you to them for giving up their free time to get this up and running. Hope to see you all there.xx
