2016 Winter Running under lights

Hi Guys...did anyone from last nights running session pick up a jacket? I've lost one...brand flippin new too It is a purple windproof cycle jacket, Madison brand. That's what I get for wearing 15 layers...only brought home 14 of em. Thanks.

Yet another fantastic led by out by Joy. I don't think there has been a disappointed wanna be athlete leaving the track . The sessions have been well attended which is a testament to the quality of the coaching, the crowds just keep coming back for more pain. I think I can speak for all there in thanking Joy for encouraging us all enjoy pain in the best possible way. Thanks Joy, for the time and effort you're putting into these speed sessions, it's very much appreciated.

Same here, thanks Joy...these intervals sessions have been brilliant. Joy is a super coach. Great that every week is different, even if they hurt but I think they are supposed to. Not sure what the plan is but I would love these to continue.

Final night of the very successful running under lights takes place this coming Thursday..at the EARLIER TIME of 7.45 sharp.......A big thank you to Jim furlong with his work with the couch to 5k crew and Joy for her energy, expertise and enthusiasm....It was a great success...
