my comeback tri have not swam in the sea in 3 years, i have been on the bike twice in two years......doing a bit of running........theres all my excuses on the table!!!!
never done this tri but should b fun first time back in the 795 colors in maybe two years

Best of luck to all tomorrow. Was hoping to cycle down to support but instead headed to Killarney to support peter Coulahan as he attempts his 5th ironman...the Hardman. Will post updates during the day. Conditions are dreadful at the mo but hopefully the wind dies down in the morn. We could hardly manage to stand on pier at Edge of late this eve.
