Starting tonight 8:15 at the front gate, will do my best to accommodate anyone whos interested with pace and distance. Headlights required.

At the moment it tends to vary David, I'm hoping to do either a Monday or a Wednesday depending or even both if I can, keep an eye on the forum is all I can say

I am interested in giving the running at the golf club ago. I run a bit on my own but have no idea as to what type of head touch is a good one to get. As there is so many types, any information on this would be appreciated.
