Galco Naas duathlon series 2017

I have signed up to do the 3 of these races
Race 1 - Sun, 15th Jan 2017
Race 2 - Sun, 19th Feb 2017 including the Intervarsities Duathlon
Race 3 - Sun, 12th Mar 2017
I done them last year weather was tough but the course isn't too bad flat run around the race trackand bike slight climb on the 10k out but nice and quick on the way back
