Cross country dates announced

The dates for the upcoming cross country championships in County Wexford have been decided upon.
On Sunday October 3rd, Sliabh Buidhe Rovers will host the novice and even-ages juvenile cross country championships.

On Sunday October 10th, St Pauls will host the intermediate and uneven-ages cross country championships.

On Sunday December 12th, St Pauls will play host again, this time to the senior cross country championships.

Got my Inov-8 Talon 212 shoes from wiggle. Just a note for anyone thinking of buying these trail shoes - they are a narrow fitting shoe. Tom is right in that the UK sizing matches ok, but you may require a 3mm footbed to allow more room if you have a broad foot. Anyone goin to Amphibian King, will ye let me know.

Fancy a run up the mountain to test them out tomorrow night Frank. All welcome of course. I know Joy is mad to get up there. I'm flexible with time but I think 6.30 would be latest we would get away with. Don't fancy getting stuck up there in the dark :D

Love to try them out but going for jog at lunchtime tomorrow and 10k in Kilmore on Sat so will give it a skip til next week, ta.

don't mind all that running up and down mountains. when are we going to get to run around a few mucky fields :D

How about Monday evening I have a couple of fields in and around Ferns we could use or if you have somewhere suitable in Bunclody I'll come up there.
