Is anybody interested in running the cross country in Adamstown the 7th November. 4000m Women - 10,000m Men. It's a nice dry, flat course so won't be too tough. Entries need to be in by Friday (4 euro ind or 15 euro club which is 10 runners) I will need your D.O.B and A.A.I no. to register you. Don't forget a race can be worth 3 or 4 training sessions and this one is only down the road.

Well Tom, I'm officially back to training on Monday after a nice two month break, so I'll give this a go. I'm not sure of the qualifying criteria for Intermediate or whether I even qualify, but if I do then i'll do this. I can't guarantee a great performance but what the hell. My AAI number is 160927 and DOB is 12/04/73. I'll need directions as well, thanks.

Womens race starts 1.30 and the men are off at 2 try get there an hour or so before to collect your numbers etc.
