nice one ciara, now for the hard bit race report please....

I managed to get a free facial- loving it. SO much climbing, there were 7 females in the sports. I managed to keep up with them on the climbs but when the down hills came- they took off, might look into some trail runners - if they will help ???? Back to the climbs again on the bike, through the mud, grass, and some single track, lucky enough to catch 2 of the girls on the climbs. Came in 3rd. Even though conditions were tough- recommend this for December, not too difficult with the bike, just get out and climb.

Frank, that photo is a classic, was actually thinking of using it in some kind of permanent capacity, perhaps in the site banner. Or even better, as the template for the Racing795 action figure for Christmas 2011. Whatcha think?
