seriously though as far as i am aware a compressed muscle uses less energy - this was also one of the advantages of the (now outlawed) super tight swim suits. also supposed to aid recovery.

now that Paul has field-tested them i'm sure he will give us the low-down ;)

No David, I get these emails every week and it just happened to be on the last one of them :? So PJ are we going to get a full race report on the Super-Fast Aero Helmet? The club could do with some positive feedback, it might result in compulsory use on the away trip :lol:
