50km charity cycle, Ballymurphy Carlow 20th March

I received a letter from Gowlin cycling about their charity cycle in aid of multiple sclerosis on Sunday the 20th March. I did the cycle last year, it was very well organised. I did the last year as well, although the pace was really slow it's very much a touring spin, the yummy food half way round was great and the course was enjoyable, and BBQ after. Good day

Seriously though, it's easy enough for date clashes to arise when there is so much going on. That's why I'm going to annoy everyone with plenty of reminders between now and 20th March
