Thanks lads, yeah it was good going the last 20k really through out my average came from Carnew to Ferns over Sliabh Bui which was tough, tough, tough but another long one done only about 7 more to go

AAhh the big question. Well for me anyway, the day I can't go faster I'll go longer, that could be sooner than later , hopefully not this year (suppose there's a question there as well). 100k is my absolute limit at the moment.... Need a few more years and a few less pounds before I'm ready for that.
