Xc spin wednesday 13/04

Hello,
After the weekend it will be easy pedaling for wednesday. Start at the swimming pool in bunclody. up the road then the long fire road climb up to the windmills down all the single track. back up to the DH track take a right a the rock drop. then towards paradise half the race loop back to lower car park back to bunclody on the road.

if you see any very large puddles/ mini lakes practice riding through them at speed. will give you an edge on sunday..

No rain, nice sunset. Little bit of fog coming down blackdog. great spin savage pace no stopping some nice technical bits on the way. good to see many people out. Looks like Barry is ok to pedal his bike. this was a good warm up for the race on sunday. see you there.Brian won the sprint up the hill ( im still in bits after the weekend).
