three countys 100k

Anyone signed up for bank holiday monday 2nd may three countys 100k spin from Bagnalstown, Its a pretty flat route. Im doing it with Liam, Ciara and Tony R. If anyone is on for it...you can sign on, on the day.Theres a web site some where here on the forum...i think xx

Yeah, here's the website: Entry forms can be downloaded from website: www.beambagenalstown.ie but you can pay on the day like we're doing.

Route for the 100km is Bagenalstown, Kilkenny, Thomastown, Glynn to Bagenalstown.

Length of Cycle Start time Cost/Person
100Km 9.30am €25.00
50Km 10.00am €20.00
25km 10.30am €10.00

I'll go to Bagenalstown from home in Kildare but I'm sure one of the Clody crew will have room. By the way, what is the name of that swim place near Liffey Valley?
