one for the ladies......

ciara and i are gonna do monday nights on the mountain bikes for anyone who wants to join us.
it's a ladies spin for the few mtb gals we have in the club but especially for any other ladies who want to give it a go (i know one of the furlong daughters expressed an interest at the race!) and who knows there might be a few others who wanna try it out.
its not exclusive to women of course so if any lads want a more leisurely spin you're welcome too, as long as there's no references to 'savages' or becoming 'savages' or the likes!
6.30 pm(can be changed to suit!) this monday night at lower car park.

I 'd like to give it a go, going softly softly , big chicken at heart but do like the off road bit, wont make this monday as I would be sure to have an off and minding myself for next weekend but would love to give it a go after that. so will be intouch.

just havn't been out on the bike in a long time, so having a regular weekly night spin at comfyish pace might get the fitness and confidence up again to join the mamils!!!! and maybe some mixed social spins into the summer. it'd be great to have more ladies out so come on girls, give it a go!!! good on ya joy! will see you monday week!
