Saturday 4th june, early morning spin....6.30am on the square. Route..Bunclody-Tullow-Castledermot-Kilkea-Athy-Stradbally-Arles-Carlow-Ballon-Home...123K approx(according to AA Route planner). Easy pace with a definite breakfast stop in a cafe in stradbally......

You might want to check triathy double and Olympic times as there using part of the castledermot/ athy road for bike.
Also stradbally fayre at the top of stradbally beside supervalu is very good apparently
