Dena's Ironman
Re: Dena's Ironman
That's the spirit Dena, I read a good saying the other day. 'When it is dark enough, you can see the stars'. Something good comes out of everything, that I have no doubt about.

Dena
Glad to see you are putting that frustrating appalling experience behind you. (Had heard your bad news of course but only catching up on Forum threads now). We're still on for the IM in Copenhagen in August (Nora, Ciara and Megan in the relay and poor me doing the full IM ). You're probably still fit enough and have plenty of time to go for that. Its very flat and the temperature will be similar to Ireland in August. God, how I'd love to get out of the water after 1.30 let alone 1.15. Well done again. Any swim tips?
