Re: MTB spin Sunday 30/10/11
Is there a chicken run available on this route for the inexperienced MTBers? Dont mind the climbs but downhill single track might be a bridge too far.
Re: MTB spin Sunday 30/10/11
Chicken runs are always available Frank, see you in the morning
Re: MTB spin Sunday 30/10/11
Just come along Frank. there will be some handy single track available. Plenty of Chicken runs around. There will be alot of climbing in this one anyway. See you in the morning.
Re: MTB spin Sunday 30/10/11
Jaysus I'll sleep tonight!
Don you would have loved that one climbing, climbing and then some more climbing
Even Frank confessed to a new found love of mtb

Thanks to DavidC and Jim for taking time out to show us goobers a few tips on the single track. Enjoyed the climbs
Re: MTB spin Sunday 30/10/11
Jaysus is right.. broke up here even though I missed the last bit. Enjoyed the spin lads. Again, thanks to David and Jim for having the patience with me trailing along at the back.
Re: MTB spin Sunday 30/10/11
Thanks for organising this one Rudolf, thought it would be a handy pace so I wasn't impressed when I saw yourself and Lynn with the race bikes and the aerodynamic outfits this morning. Well done to the new lads, hard going at times but now you know your strengths and weaknesses and what you need to work on. The good news is most things can be improved by riding your bike. A lot.
