Hi folks just a few notes regarding our duathlon thats on this Sunday.
Firstly please post here or text me if you are racing Sunday.
Need to get idea of numbers.

Secondly the marshals are picked and have been contacted, so if you didnt hear from me theres no reason why you won't be there to help the club win the bragging rights.

Thirdly we're supplying tea/coffee and buns, biscuits and cake after the duathlon in a bigger room this time.
So we need members to bring along buns and cakes etc. Remember Barry's buns or Eddie's rocky road from last year?

Anybody asked to attend early please do so ,if not sign on starts at 9.30am.
Race starts at 10am sharp.

What a way to spend a Sunday morning,, thanks a million to the organizers, marshals, supporters who gave up their free time so as we could have an early season run out.......my only complaint is that Eddie promised "rocky road" and didn't deliver xx
