Road spin

Hi all im heading out on the bike tomorrow(thursday) around 5pm. Planning to do about 2 hrs/60 kms ish. Anyone interested? We need to start getting the kms up for the Wicklow 200 lads!!!!( David ,Jim ,Barry and James you listening!!!!) Its about 3 weeks since i was on the bike so could take 2.30 hrs for 60 km!

Thinking Bunclody but havent pick a route yet.

I'll go with ya, been doing up to 70k so hopefully i should be able to keep up, just let me know time, place and if you have route in mind Tom might meet in with us for the last 30/40 k.

Great, was thinking Bunclody,Ballon,Carlow,Tullow road out of Carlow, to Tullow then back to the n80 just in time for boggan hill and back to Bunclody.
Aprox 60 km. Carlow( Walls forge turn) is the half way point. But if you have another 60 km route in mind????

well i was thinking if we went from Bunclody, but went out towards ferns, Camolin Tom and Stephen could meet us there, and we could go on up to Cranford, Carnew. I did it last weekend and it's good enough, few hills good road surface for the most part. Some people would leed you to believe its 50k( Niall) but it's just 60k! but again i dont mind just tering to get out.

ye, crannford was 60k, but had to keep Joy on board....said she didnt have 60k in her legs..who is she kidding, well able for wicklow 200....Also anyone on for a 7am spin sat morning...60k approx, meeting the square bunclody.....give me a shout and i'll text you the route, thinking bunclody, enniscorthy, clonroche, kiltealy and back to bunclody....

Ah you would be glad to do the bit extra when it's all finished, sure we ended up doing 67k last night. I'll go sat at 7 see you then.
